Sales Consultant Germany
We believe that a 360 degree approach is the best way of doing recruitment. This means that you will do the acquisition of your own search assignments and subsequently you will generate your own candidates by searching on XING and LinkedIn, but also by networking and headhunting.
Both your activities on the client side and on the candidate side are mostly sales activities. It’s all about making contact, convincing and selling. Key is that you have great communication skills, enough perseverance and a huge drive to succeed.
For the first 6-12 months you will team up with your colleagues from Visser & Van Baars the Netherlands in the Amsterdam office. Together with two experienced Sales Consultants for the German market you will build a solid pipeline of business. Once the business is up and running and a solid stream of placements is there, we will move to an office space in Düsseldorf and expand the team further.

The profile that we are looking for
- A University or Fachhochschule diploma
- 1-3 years sales experience
- Ambitious and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Mother tongue German, good command of English
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- 100% perseverance, you don’t give up easily
